A £50 deposit is payable upon booking.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a retention fee of £50.

You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire before your appointment as we do not have access to your NHS records.

Please bring any test results, documents and medications you wish to discuss.
